The student residence Wiesenmühlenstraße Haus 3 and 5 is located in a reduced-traffic area, close to the cathedral and the city centre and is only a 15-minute bicycle ride from the university.

Accommodation is available in single and double apartments or in shared flats for 3, 4, 5 or 6 people – the single rooms in the shared flats have their own bathroom facilities, and the kitchen is shared. A shared flat for 6 people shares a kitchen and bathroom. There are also three-room apartments, which are particularly suitable for students with children. Two single rooms equipped for disabled students are also available in a four-person shared flat

The maximum duration of residence is ten semesters. The maximum extension is for one semester.

As soon as a place becomes available in our hall of residence (in accordance with the application), the applicants will be informed by the Studierendenwerk by email. Rooms are allocated after receipt of the application and in accordance with the occupancy guidelines.

After the application process, an email will be sent every two weeks in which interest must be confirmed. If this is not done, the application will no longer be considered.
