Target group

As a consecutive Master's programme, "Public Management" requires a Bachelor's degree in Political and Administrative Sciences with 240 ECTS.

Annotation

The Master's degree course in Public Management can be studied with the specialisation in "Municipal Management" or with the specialisation in "Digitalisation". The degree course is offered in a block week format and the "Municipal Management" focus is supported by scholarships from the German Association of Local Public Utilities of municipally determined infrastructure undertakings and economic enterprises.

Public administrators and companies play a central role in sustainable services of general interest and the democratic community. The two-year Master's degree course prepares the "leaders of tomorrow" to ask crucial questions about the future and to make the transformation sustainable. With a unique profile in Public Management, Municipal Management, Digitalisation, AI, Public Entrepreneurship and Transformation, the degree course offers a comprehensive education.
