Admission requirements

A Bachelor’s academic degree or an equivalent academic degree (e.g. Diploma degree) in the fields of Nursing, Nursing Sciences or a comparable relevant discipline is required. Admission is possible without demonstrating a relevant nursing sciences specialisation in the Bachelor’s degree: in this case, the applicant must additionally complete the 5 modules of the BA degree course in Nursing Sciences.

If applicants cannot demonstrate an academic degree by the end of the application period, the application must be accompanied by a certificate of all achievements up to that point and the corresponding average grade. The following are required for the application:
- At least 150 credit points
- Average grade from examination achievements of at least 2.5

Tuition fees

We do not charge tuition fees. The semester fee to be paid by all students at a German university is recalculated for each semester and consists of the contributions for the VRR and NRW public transport tickets, the social contribution and the student union contribution. The respective amount (approx. EUR 355 for one semester) is published on the website of the Protestant University or can be obtained from the university.
