Annotation

Developing marketing strategies and evaluating their success, researching consumer behaviour or setting and monitoring the prices of products: these and many other exciting tasks await you in marketing. With a degree programme with vocational and academic elements in Marketing Management, you prepare specifically for this field of activity. Your curriculum includes topics such as market research, communication and brand policy as well as digital business models. In addition, you will deal with the current trends in marketing. You will learn all about the practical side of the profession during the course: on the basis of case studies and during your work at your practice partner.

In the degree programme with vocational and academic elements at the IU, you will study in one of the following two study models. In the degree programme with vocational and academic elements, lectures take place on two days per week on campus – occasionally also online via live video conference. Students then reinforce what they have learned using the learning materials. The "myStudium" degree programme with vocational and academic elements combines flexible self-study with digital learning formats. You will acquire the theory independently via myCampus – supported by innovative learning materials and Syntea, your personal AI learning assistant. Optionally, you can participate in weekly virtual accompanying courses as well as use other interactive live formats to deepen your knowledge.
