Admission to the Master’s degree course is based on the final grade of the first academic degree in the field of Social Work with a minimum overall grade of 1.9 or higher and the submission of a description of the motivation to study.

Applicants with a Bachelor's academic degree, Master's academic degree or Diploma degree in a social science, behavioural science, humanities or educational science subject must have at least two years of professional experience in a field of social work.

If the overall grade does not meet the minimum requirement of 1.9, admission to the degree course may be granted through special academic achievements and/or additional professional academic degrees.
