Admission requirements
- Professionally qualifying certificate of academic degree from a university or university of applied sciences in a course of study usually lasting four years in the Federal Republic of Germany (equivalent to 240 credit points), preferably in the area of Natural Sciences or Engineering
- At least one year of professional experience related to health and safety at work
- Admission is also possible for applicants with a Bachelor’s academic degree worth 210 ECTS; outstanding credit points can be earned through supplementary courses (please enquire about additional fees at Study Advisory: studyadvisory@di-uni.de). Or through the recognition of previous achievements (e.g. vocational training)
-A state-recognised qualification in occupational health and safety (e.g. SIFA (occupational health and safety specialist) or AP (inspector) training)
