All prospective students must undergo an aptitude assessment procedure: This procedure starts on 1 May every year. Eligibility determination documents must be processed and submitted by 31 May.

Admission requirements

General higher education entrance qualification (‘Abitur’) or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification, or a qualification with the equivalent recognised pre-training. For the Architecture degree course, successful participation in the aptitude assessment procedure before applying for a place on the course is also an admission requirement.

The aptitude assessment procedure starts on 01.05. and ends on 31.05. each year.

In addition, proof of six weeks of practical construction work as a pre-study work placement must be provided by the start of the course, at the latest by 30.09.
