Overview

Ideal for students studying at the institutes located at "Sanderring" and "Wittelsbacher Platz", favourable location for the UAS and also quite close to the city centre.
The student residence was built in the 1960s and was completely renovated in 2000. It comprises six residential buildings with three to seven floors that are arranged around a spacious green courtyard.

Persons who are studying at the i-Campus in Schweinfurt generally receive a rental contract with a duration of a maximum of two semesters when they start their studies.

Applications for a place in student accommodation will only be accepted if accompanied by a current letter of admission from the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg, the Würzburg University of Music, or the Würzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences (THWS – Würzburg Campus), or a current certificate of enrolment from one of these institutions!

The International Office at THWS does not arrange accommodation for programme students itself. However, there is an agreement with the Studierendenwerk Würzburg. Programme students are given preference as long as specific conditions are met and accommodation is available within a quota agreed with THWS. The Studierendenwerk Würzburg selects the student residences and types of accommodation.
