Additional information
There are flats available that are mostly accessible.

The operating costs included in the rents are currently subsidised with 50 EUR. The state of Lower Saxony has made the funds available to the Studierendenwerk at the end of 2022. These funds will be depleted by the end of 2024. This means that the stated rent will increase by 50 EUR from January 2025.

The expected waiting timed (based on the number of reservations and expectations about those moving out of accommodation) is given in the application. The waiting times can be very long, especially at the beginning of the semester.
