Wohnheim Untere Himmelreichstraße

Overview

The new residential complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the already existing residential complexes in Detterstraße and Frauenstraße (Finkenhof). The commute to the university is short: the TH Deggendorf (DIT) is about two kilometres away.

The complex consists of 61 living units on three floors. It contains 61 fully furnished single apartments (each with a private bathroom and kitchen), three communal kitchens, and a restroom facility. Each apartment is equipped with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a kitchenette, and curtains.

Attention: Exchange students have to apply for student housing directly at the International Office of the Hochschule Deggendorf. Applications to the Studierendenwerk Niederbayern/Oberpfalz will not be considered. For this reason, please abstain from contacting the Studierendenwerk.
