The eleven separate buildings contain a total of 116 flats. Of these, 80 are two-bedroom flats and measure approx. 44 sqm, 36 are four-bedroom flats and measure approx. 95 sqm.
It is the responsibility of residing students to find a new tenant should a room-mate move out; it is possible however, to ask the residence administration to help in this case.

Duration of housing
The maximum period of residence is four years.
Exceptions can be made for students who are preparing for their final exams (up to 15 months can be added to the rental period). Based on serious reasons, the rental period may also be extended by an adequate period of time. Applications to extent the rental period must be submitted in writing at least two months prior to the lease expiration date.
