Wohnheim Siepenfeld

Overview

Modern architecture meets sustainable construction: The "Siepenfeld" residential complex, which was only inaugurated in 2019, has won several architectural awards and impresses with its tastefully furnished individual apartments and shared apartments. The focal point of each shared apartment and the meeting place for all residents is the kitchenette with an adjoining communal area. It's possible to spend relaxed evenings cooking with new and old friends here.

Those who want to see Bochum from above should not miss the roof terraces on the three buildings. From here you have a wonderful view of the city.

The residential complex is in direct proximity to the U35 and the campus of the Ruhr-Universität Bochum. Encompassing three buildings, the complex offers 258 living spaces in 164 single apartments, 31 shared apartments for two and four shared apartments for four. .
