Wohnheim Siegmunds Hof

Overview

The student residence is located between Tiergarten and the river Spree. The complex built at the end of the 1950s is composed of 15 different buildings and is listed. There are multi-storey buildings with lifts, three-story houses, and pavilions. The multi-storey buildings offer a very nice view of Berlin. The smaller pavilions in park-like grounds convey quietness and relaxation.

Since 2011, the buildings have been gradually renovated. Some of the buildings that were restored recently now house single rooms, single rooms with a private bathroom, double rooms or single apartments. Some rooms have small balconies or a terrace that offers access to the gardens. All rooms and apartments are furnished.

The Technical University is within walking distance and the other universities and universities of applied sciences are easily accessible by public transport.
