All flats have a kitchenette, a bathroom with WC, washbasin and shower, as well as one or two living/bedrooms. The dorm is located close to the Minden campus of the university of applied sciences in Bielefeld.

The maximum period of residence is four years.
Exceptions can be made for students who are preparing for their final exams (up to 15 months can be added to the rental period). Based on serious reasons, the rental period may also be extended by an adequate period of time.
