Overview

This dormitory was completely renovated in 2019/2020. It comprises three interconnected buildings and offers a total of 102 furnished rooms in shared apartments. The main campus and the Bismarckstraße campus, the main station and the city centre are roughly a one-kilometre walk away.

The rooms have gigabyte Ethernet internet access as standard. All rooms also have a cable TV connection. These costs are already covered by the monthly rent.

Duration of housing
The maximum duration of staying in a student residence is ten semesters. The tenancy agreement can be terminated after the end of the first year of residence at any time with three months' notice. There are special regulations for ex-matriculation (only within the first year of residence) as well as for programme students and guests.
