Overview

Our student hall of residence at Mainzer Straße 2 can accomodate 200 students in cosy shared flats for two or four people and in single flats. The hall of residence is particularly attractive due to its location; the Jahnallee campus and Clara Zetkin Park are just a few steps away. The hall of residence also has a kitchen with an oven.

Duration of housing
The length of stay is generally limited to the standard period of study. However, it can be extended by one or more semesters upon request in accordance with the guidelines of the terms of use.

The minimum rental period is usually one academic year, i.e. two semesters or three trimesters. The minimum rental period for international exchange students (e.g. Erasmus) or students in dual study programmes is three months.
