Overview
This former hotel, built in 1914/15, was converted into a student residence in 1992.
The three-storey building, often called "Villa", is located not far from the JLU Natural and Life Sciences Campus with the natural science and medical departments.
Up to 44 students live in this residence.
Sufficient free parking spaces are available on the grounds of the student residence.

Duration of housing
The maximum duration of residence is ten semesters. The maximum extension is for one semester.
In exceptional cases, the maximum residence period may be extended for a maximum of 6 months.

As soon as a place becomes available in our hall of residence (in accordance with the application), the applicants will be informed by the Studierendenwerk by email. Rooms are allocated after receipt of the application and in accordance with the occupancy guidelines.
After the application process, an email will be sent every two weeks in which interest must be confirmed. If this is not done, the application will no longer be considered.
