Overview
One of the most modern residential complexes of Studierendenwerk Gießen is located in close proximity to the life sciences campus.
Up to 178 students live in three four-storey houses.
In the centre of the house is a large courtyard, from which the surrounding rooms are accessible. It serves as a lounge.

Duration of housing
The maximum duration of residence is ten semesters. The maximum extension is for one semester.
In exceptional cases, the maximum residence period may be extended for a maximum of 6 months.

Accessible apartments available
As soon as a place becomes available in our hall of residence (in accordance with the application), the applicants will be informed by the Studierendenwerk by email. Rooms are allocated after receipt of the application and in accordance with the occupancy guidelines.
After the application process, an email will be sent every two weeks in which interest must be confirmed. If this is not done, the application will no longer be considered.
