Overview
In the student village at Laerholzstr. 7-13b, small two- and three-story houses are arranged around a courtyard. People garden together on the balconies and in the gardens. The residents here have a strong bond. They are there for each other. A highlight of the year is the "The Village Cooks" event. All the residents cook together, open their doors to visitors and celebrate a colourful festival.
The housing complex offers 268 rooms in flats for two, three or four persons. The rooms are unfurnished and have cable connections.
CiteeCar offers carsharing options, and bike rental company Metropolrad Ruhr operates a bike station directly in front of the housing complex.
