Overview

Ideal for students at the university's campuses in the old town area. Five minutes' walk to the university, and a convenient 15-minute cycle-ride to Feldkirchenstraße.
The first building, which was renovated in 1991, is partially listed. The historic building is in a lovely location, but unfortunately does not have dedicated parking spaces. The spaces in front of the building can only be used with a residents' parking permit.

Rental contracts are always time limited. This is generally for seven semesters or until the end of the BAföG funding period is reached (whichever comes first).
Depending on the program and the university, program students will receive a rental contract for one or two semesters.

Persons who are studying at the i-Campus in Schweinfurt generally receive a rental contract with a duration of a maximum of two semesters when they start their studies.

The International Office at THWS does not arrange accommodation for programme students itself. However, there is an agreement with the Studierendenwerk Würzburg. Programme students are given preference as long as specific conditions are met and accommodation is available within a quota agreed with THWS. The Studierendenwerk Würzburg selects the student residences and types of accommodation.
