This student residence, which consists of three two- and three-floor buildings, is on the fringes of the green area Georgengarten. The Leibniz Universität Hannover and its key institutions are very close to the student residence.

In "Haus A" and "Haus B" (Morwegsgasse 27) there are single rooms in shared apartments/hall communities with shared sanitary rooms and kitchens. All rooms are completely furnished.

In "Haus C" (Lodyweg 2), which was renovated extensively from May 2016 to September 2016, there are single apartments.

Rent deposit
The deposit depends on the monthly rent (1.25 times the total rent).

Duration of housing
Rentals are limited to six semesters/three years. In case of substantial reasons (illness, committee work, exams, occupation at the Self-Administration of the Dormitory, etc.) the time of occupancy may be prolonged for a maximum of three semesters.

The student residences are situated right between two districts, which can both be reached within ten minutes. At both Limmerstraße and at the Engelbosteler Damm there is a multitude of shops (supermarkets, bakeries, Turkish fruit shops, book stores, hairdressers, boutiques, banks ...).<br />

At the Engelbosteler Damm and the Limmerstraße are many physicians.
