The hall of residence is located on the university campus. It consists of six buildings situated around a courtyard. They were first moved into in 1976, then renovated from 2010-2011 according to newest energy standards.

This dorm has wheelchair accessible rooms available as well.

The tenancy period is limited to seven semesters.
