Overview

The old Berlin building promises a high quality of living with 2 flats per floor. Rooms are rented separately and are unfurnished. Up to five students live together in one flat and share a common kitchen and bathroom/WC. There is a laundry room in the building.

Please note that the sponsor of this dorm has regulated that only students at the Technische Universität Berlin may stay here.

Rent deposit
The rental deposit is one and a half times one month's rent.

Duration of housing
As a rule, students can stay up to ten semesters in a dorm. In compliance with the contract type, the minimum period of residence is three months.

The period of occupancy can be extended by up to four semesters for foreign students, students with chronic illnesses or physical or mental impairments, single parents, for students close to finishing their degree and for part-time students.
