Modern living comfort with colourful accents: The new dormitory, built in 2020/21, on the university campus of the Wildau University of Applied Sciences, offers 117 beds, including one- and two-bed apartments as well as rooms in shared apartments (two flatmates). The residential complex has one spacious learning room, which is primarily reserved for the residents of the double rooms, so study without distraction is possible, even when the library is closed.

The residential complex relies on sustainable energy and heat generation via a combined heat and power unit (CHP) and a photovoltaic system. The residential complex has a shading system for the windows; the passive heat protection actively saves electricity.

In order to ensure a balanced resident structure in the halls of residence, the allocation of accommodation is based on assessment criteria, quotas and quotas.
