Overview

The “Lutterterrasse” student hall of residence is situated directly on the North Campus, in the immediate vicinity of the North Canteen and the faculties of Natural Sciences and Mathematics, with views of the surrounding greenery. The residential complex comprises a total of 264 single apartments, with the first residents moving in on 1 February 2020. What makes this four-storey building with a lift system special is its modern, eco-friendly modular timber construction. Each flat was delivered as a separate module and assembled on site.
On the ground floor, there are four flats that are accessible and suitable for people with disabilities.
