Overview

The buildings of the former ENT clinic, which were converted into student accommodation by the Studierendenwerk in 1989, offer a wide range of accommodation options. The block at Geiststraße 4/5 comprises 33 single rooms and four double rooms. The double rooms may only be occupied by one person. There are currently 37 students living along Geiststraße as a whole. The residents are as diverse as the accommodation options: they come from all corners of the world and represent every faculty at the University of Göttingen. As well as the significant opportunity to make many new and stimulating acquaintances whilst staying in one of the buildings, the properties situated on the Wall offer practical advantages: Internet in the room, cable TV in the building, and yet the railway station and city centre are just round the corner – a very peaceful place to live. Terraces/balconies and green spaces are ideal for relaxing or having a barbecue. It’s only a ten-minute cycle ride to the central campus.
