The Dorotheenstraße hall of residence is located directly on Herrenhäuser Markt. The Herrenhausen university area can be reached in just a few minutes by tram.

Rent deposit
The deposit will be withdrawn via direct debit together with the first month's rent. Its height depends on the monthly rent (1.25 times the total rent).

Duration of housing
Rentals are limited to six semesters/three years. In case of substantial reasons (illness, committee work, exams, occupation at the Self-Administration of the Dormitory, etc.) the time of occupancy may be prolonged for a maximum of three semesters.
