The listed building "Alte Staatsanwaltschaft" has been renovated and refurbished, but it hasn't lost its unique old building character thanks to its high walls and charming box windows. Since October 2013, 18 furnished apartments have been offered - three shared apartments equipped with separate bathrooms, one 3-room shared apartment and six 2-room shared apartments.

The small residential complex has a familiar and intimate atmosphere.
