The student housing complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the city centre and the way to the university is also short: the campus of the DIT is only about one kilometre away.

The complex has a total of 83 places for students – 31 in House 55 and 52 in House 55a. There are 79 single apartments, each with its own kitchenette and bathroom. Four places are divided between two shared flats for two people. All places are equipped with a bed including a mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe, rolling container, lamps and curtains. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave and sink. An internet connection is also available.

Please note: Exchange students must apply for a spot in a dormitory directly through the International Office at Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences. It is not possible to apply through the Studierendenwerk Niederbayern/Oberpfalz. Therefore, please refrain from contacting the Studierendenwerk.
