It offers ultramodern and comfortable living in the immediate vicinity of the main building of the University of Merseburg as well as of other academic buildings and sports facilities. The distance to the computer rooms and library is also quite short.

Rent deposit
The security deposit consists of three monthly rents, however, no more than 350 EUR in total.

Duration of housing
The rental agreement is automatically extended by one semester up to a maximal period of six semesters.
After the regular rental period has expired, the rental agreement can be extended for an additional two semesters.
Two months' notice must be given before the rental contract is terminated.
