Overview

KaWo 3 is the newest of three halls of residence run by the Aachen Student Services Organisation on Kastanienweg in the west of Aachen. Thanks to its location between the Melaten and Mitte campuses, the hall of residence is ideal for students who prefer good transport links and a short commute to university. The hall of residence provides accommodation for 344 students. This consists of studio flats, as well as flats shared by two or three people.

Rental contracts are limited to three years and six months. A request for extension has to be filed eight weeks in advance of the expiration of the contract. In certain circumstances it might be possible to extend contracts for another year, please contact the Studierendenwerk for further information.
