The residential complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the city centre. The way to the university is also short: the European campus is less than two kilometres away.

The building consists of a total of five floors. 60 living spaces are distributed on floors one to four. The 60 living spaces are divided into 2, 3 and 4-person flat shares. For mobility-impaired students, there is a disabled-friendly room in the 3-person shared flat on the first floor. All rooms are furnished with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe, and curtains.
