Located in the eastern city, not far from "Ulm's lung“ the Friedrichsau, you can reach the city centre or the Hochschule Ulm (formerly Fachhochschule) in only 10 minutes by foot. The bus and tram stop is just around the corner. In the morning, you can take the express bus directly to the „science city“ on top of the Eselsberg.
The house is arranged in a U-shape and has an attractive courtyard. After the complete renovation in 2010, 282 rooms of different types are available.
