The facilities of the technical and science faculties in the south of Erlangen are right around the corner. Reaching the city centre is convenient via city bus or cycle paths. Recreation rooms and balconies, all showers and sanitation were radically renewed and modernised in 2000 and 2001. Partially solar-powered hot water supply.
