Overview

Construction of the first hall of residence run by Studentenwerk in Ingolstadt was completed in spring 2002. Location: the building is located in the historic town centre, directly next to the city wall, it barely takes five minutes to reach the Catholic University on foot. It consists of the new, modern residential building and an old city wall tower with common rooms for the inhabitants on two floors.
The students’ residence offers 27 single apartments of the "maisonette" variety, each with their own entrance facing the historic city wall. The top floor has nine "sun deck" type single apartments, accessible via an arcade and an open staircase.
