This student residence is very popular due to its central location in the middle of Gießen. The THM campus, natural science departments, the JLU campus downtown, the train station and the city centre are all within easy reach. Up to 100 students live there. There are hardly any parking facilities near the student residence.

The maximum duration of residence is ten semesters. The maximum extension is for one semester.
In exceptional cases, the maximum residence period may be extended for a maximum of 6 months.

Additional information
As soon as a place becomes available in our hall of residence (in accordance with the application), the applicants will be informed by the Studierendenwerk by email. Rooms are allocated after receipt of the application and in accordance with the occupancy guidelines.
After the application process, an email will be sent every two weeks in which interest must be confirmed. If this is not done, the application will no longer be considered.
